FAILURE MODE & EFFECTS ANALYSIS (FMEA)
How could things go wrong? Where are the biggest risks?
Summary FMEA is a proactive systematic approach used by Product & Process Engineers to help assure your Product and Processes perform their intended functions over their entire life span. Its application applies a tabular method to analyze potential failure modes, their effects, and develop an action plan to ensure your customers never see these failure modes.
Objective The Training and Workshops are designed to provide Product & Process Engineers a structured approach that helps identify design or process deficiencies earlier in the preventive/predictive maintenance or product development processes. The workshops will give the participant "hands on" practice (on real projects or facing problem) along with instruction on how to correctly and efficiently perform an FMEA.
